What we collect
We only get personal details you choose to send us. That happens in three ways:
- The estimate request form. It asks for things like your name, phone number, email, the address or town of the job, whether it's a home or commercial property, and a description of the work.
- Phone calls and text messages to (801) 390-3346.
- Emails to tothethandyman@gmail.com, including any photos you attach.
No payment details are collected on this website.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request: to understand the job, give you a ballpark or a written estimate, schedule the work, and follow up about that job by phone, text or email. After a job is finished we may send you a link to leave a Google review, which you're free to ignore.
Who sees it
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
The estimate form on this site is provided by Markate, the customer management software To The T uses. What you type into the form goes into our Markate account, and Markate's own privacy policy covers how it stores that data. Beyond that, your details are shared only where it's needed to do what you asked, for example with the company that hosts this website.
Analytics, maps and fonts
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects details such as the pages you view, your approximate location and your device type. It doesn't give us your name. You can block it with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or your browser's cookie settings.
Pages also load Google Maps embeds and Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when those load. Links to Instagram and Google reviews take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
The site does not change how it behaves when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Your choices

Security
This website is served over HTTPS, so what you send through it is encrypted on the way. No website or inbox can be promised to be completely secure, so please don't send anything through the form or by email that you wouldn't want stored, such as bank or card details.
