About the area
About Brigham City, UT
William Davis, a Latter-day Saint pioneer, explored the area in 1850 and came back with his family and others the following year to build permanent homes. Lorenzo Snow later led more settlers to the site and named it Box Elder in 1855. When the town incorporated on January 12, 1867, it took the name Brigham City in honor of Brigham Young.
The town is known for its peaches. Peach Days is held on the weekend after Labor Day, and much of Main Street closes to cars for the parade, the car show and the carnival. If your job is on or near Main Street that weekend, mention it when you send the list.
US 89 arrives from the south and US 91 from Interstates 15 and 84 to the west. The two meet in town and climb Box Elder Canyon together toward Mantua. Utah State University has a regional campus here, and the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge lies directly west of the city.

During World War II the federal government built Bushnell General Hospital on the south side of town to treat wounded soldiers. After the war its buildings housed the Intermountain Indian School, which closed in 1984, and Utah State University bought the site and cleared the remaining buildings in 2013.

Since then I gave him the key to my house and he worked on several of my projects that consist of Garage opener maintenance, installation of a new door, install of door locks and various items that I could not tackle.
Tyler is a great handyman. I had some trouble with my dishwasher not sitting right, which led to lots of trouble while loading/unloading it. He came in and within a few minutes knew what the problem was and exactly how to fix it. He's a very trustworthy and kind guy. I'd trust him to work at my house while I was away if I had a bigger project. 5 stars!
Tyler fixed the lock on my front door. He fixed the reclining gear on my couch. He changed out my dryer and was able to quickly identify and solve the electrical head not matching. Willing to trust that he could solve most any challenge encountered or quickly identify a solve in a home. Also, have confidence with his abilities as well as with vehicles.
Tyler has done a couple of different things for me. He is professional and does research to make certain he knows exactly what needs to be done to do the job correctly. I am finally confident that after four years and two prior repairs that my skylights will no longer leak. Plus he said if they do he will come back and fix them.
Tyler replaced a rotten wood bearing column on our front porch. He did a good job and was willing to explain what he was doing during and before the process. I appreciate the extra care he took in making sure the porch was level and the new post was secure. He did a really great job for us!
